Inspector notes: Molluscan Shellfish tags were not stored properly: - not marked with the last date of use. - not kept with shellfish until last piece of shellfish is sold/served Molluscan shellfish tags must be maintained by using the following methods: - kept with the shellfish until the last piece from the batch is sold/served - marked with the date when the last shellfish was sold/served. - kept stored in chronological order by dates marked on tag - maintained in the establishment for at least 90 days

Inspector notes: A bowl was observed being used as a scoop in a container of dry ingredient, and scoop handles were observed stored in food with handles in contact with the food. Utensils used to dispense non-time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods such as sugar and flour must be stored in the food item with their handles above the top of the food within the container. Proper storage adjusted at the time of inspection.
