PIC is to ensure the following... - Continue work on shed structure since previous inspection (Sealing siding holes and decluttering interior/exterior of structure). - Pest control is notified of the activity and pest inspections/treatments are maintained increased to 2x monthly as needed (Call was made to pest control company at the time of inspection. Technician due to return same day) - Any new pest entry points in the structure are to continue to be sealed and monitored for new activity - Internal area of structure is to be monitored for droppings and for new activity.
