Grilled chicken, fried chicken, and shaved steak was placed hot in the refrigerator in containers greater than four inches deep. Per PIC, all foods were made within 3 hours of inspection. Foods were moved to shallow pans and into the freezer to rapidly cool. Cooling methods reviewed with staff at the time of inspection.
