According to the manufacturer's use directions, the concentration of the quaternary ammonium must be 200 - 400 ppm. At the time of inspection, staff switched to using Quaternary Ammonium tablets for proper sanitizing of equipment and utensils. Technician to be in next day to properly adjust.

Per the PIC, technician is due same day as inspection for repairs to the prep unit. - The wall mounted sanitizer dispenser at the 3 bay sink was observed not dispensing the proper amount of sanitizer for proper sanitizing. Technician due on-site next day for adjustments.
