Per owner, mozzarella cheese had been in the refrigerator since the day prior. Mozzarella cheese was voluntarily disposed of (see attached disposal form). Per owner, all other food stored in the refrigerator was placed inside or made within the past 2 hours. All other foods were relocated to another refrigeration unit to cool.
