Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be maintained at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. Foods were assessed and reheated during time of inspection. Hot holding unit was also adjusted to a higher setting. PIC to maintain hot holding logs for cooked foods. Logs provided to PIC. Logs to be available for review upon re-inspection.
