PIC removed insect control device at time of inspection. Establishment removed the insect control device during this inspection and will relocate the insect control device to a different location, away from food prep areas.

Inspector notes: Kimchi was observed held at 58 degrees Fahrenheit located in cold hold unit. Broth held at 55 degrees Fahrenheit located in cold hold unit. Per interview PIC unit was accidently turned off. TCS food were out of temp. for less than 4 hours. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. PIC moved TCS foods to walk-in cooler to rapidly cool. Unit was turned back on during time of inspection.
