The ambient air temperature was observed 45 degrees Fahrenheit during time of inspection. Milk cooler was taken out of service at time of inspection and must not be used until it is repaired/replaced/adjusted.

Per DMS employee, the corn dogs were 162 degrees Fahrenheit just prior to transportation and the transportation time was 8 minutes. Corn dogs were reheated to 172 degrees Fahrenheit during time of inspection.
