Per package instructions, food items are to be refrigerated once opened. Food items were voluntarily disposed of during the time of inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. Food items within the unit had been loaded into the unit less than 2 hours prior to the time of inspection and were moved to alternate refrigeration. Unit temperature was adjusted during the time of inspection and was able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41 degrees or below. Establishment is to monitor unit and not store TCS food items in unit until an ambient of 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less is able to be maintained.
