Per interview of staff, knafeh were placed on the counter in room temperature 1 hour prior to this inspection. Knafeh observed at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Proper cold holding of ready-to-eat foods reviewed. Staff moved the knafeh to the walk-in cooler during this inspection.
