Foods on the top shelf observed at 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Foods on lower shelves observed at 50 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Over filling refrigeration units may result in improper air circulation. Per PIC, food was placed in coolers over night. Foods voluntarily disposed of by person in charge. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling.
