According to the manufacturer's use directions, the concentration of the quaternary ammonium must be (200-400) ppm. PIC changed out santizer and refilled sink and sanitization buckets at time of inspection.

Inspector notes: At the time of inspection, the following equipment was observed to be in need of adjustment/repair... - A Low Boy Cooler was observed to have a torn/ripped gasket. Gasket was replaced at the time of inspection. - The Walk-In Cooler was observed to have a worn gasket not allowing for a proper seal when the door is fully closed. - The Walk-In Cooler was observed to be maintaining an ambient temperature of 43 degrees Fahrenheit with food temps observed to be maintained at 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Maintenance personnel was on site at he time of inspection to make needed adjustments/repairs.
