Inspector notes: The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay sink was 0 parts per million (ppm). According to the manufacturer's use directions, the concentration of the quaternary ammonium must be 200-400 ppm. Bottle attached to dispenser was observed empty during time of inspection. Chemical was replenished during time of inspection. Quaternary ammonium chemical was observed in excess of 500 ppm post change of chemical bottle. PIC informed to manually mix chemical until properly adjusted.
