Inspector notes: Various foods (turkey sausage, jelly, avocado spread, cream cheeses, chix wraps, mini bagel bites, butter, croissant stuffies and queso cheese) were observed held between 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit in unit overnight. Ambient of sandwich station prep unit was 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. PIC voluntarily disposed of food. A service order was placed. All other TCS foods that were placed in unit 30 mins prior to inspection were moved to walk-in cooler and other refrigeration.
