Scoop was brought to the dish area for proper washing and sanitizing prior to next use.

A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT shall obtain a VARIANCE from the REGULATORY AUTHORITY packaging TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD using a REDUCED OXYGEN PACKAGING method. Food items were voluntarily disposed of at the time of inspection (see Disposal). Vacuum sealer was taken out of service and removed at the time of inspection. Per the PIC, will use freezer bags moving forward.
