Sandwich cold holding unit's ambient temperature was between 46-47 degrees F. Per interview with PIC and temperature logs the unit was 36 degrees prior to inspection. PIC relocated all TCS foods into walk-in cooler. Per PIC unit will be serviced today/tomorrow.
