Inspector notes: The deli display case was observed held at 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Deli meat in the unit was observed between 50-52 DF. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. Per PIC, deli meat was placed in unit for an unknown amount of time. Deli meat products were pulled from retail sale to be destroyed. List of foods to be destroyed provided during time of inspection. No TCS foods are to be stored in unit until it can hold an internal food temperature of 41 DF or lower. Equipment to be adjusted/repaired/replaced.
