During time of inspection, staff stated bandsaw was not cleaned in a few days. Ambient of walk-in cooler was observed at 33 degrees Fahrenheit during time of inspection. Meat cutting equipment in walk-in cooler must be cleaned every 24 hours. PIC informed and bandsaw was cleaned and sanitized during time of inspection.
