Inspector notes: The presence of roaches is not controlled as evidenced by observed activity in the kitchen under the unused cooking equipment. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests must be controlled by routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests, using acceptable methods to control pests, eliminating harborage conditions, and routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies. Establishment currently has pest control service the building 1x monthly. Establishment recommended to increase pest control visits to 2x monthly until activity is eliminated. Establishment to contact pest control and complete a full evaluation of the building. After evaluation, plan of action to be developed by establishment and sent to inspector by 8/26/24.
