Inspector notes: Observations: -The handwash sink hot water temperature in the employees’ toilet room was measured between 82–91°F. *The bathroom was taken out of service, and employees were instructed to use the nearest restroom at the CHOP Berger Center, located by the rear exit door, where the hot water temperature was measured over 100°F. -No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the toilet room at the CHOP Berger Center to remind food employees to wash their hands. *The person in charge provided a handwashing reminder sign for the toilet room during the inspection.

Inspector notes: Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment were not available or readily accessible inside the walk-in cooler and one could prep refrigerator. *The person in charge provided a thermometer for both units during the inspection.

Inspector notes: Observations: -Food debris along the floor perimeter inside both the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. -Food splash residue inside one of the under-counter refrigerators in the food preparation area. New Violation.

Inspector notes: A lidded/covered trash receptacle was not observed in the all genders employees’ toilet room for the disposal of feminine hygiene waste products.
