In walk-in, inspector observed a working container of beer being stored below raw beef patties. Without changing gloves employee continued to grab a bowl and a plate/tray for a customer and fill the tray with fries and chicken fingers. Also observed employee on dish line washing dirty dishes, handling dirty dishes, and then immediately pull a clean tray out of the dish machine to dry. Discussed with PIC who educated employees about properly washing hands when they have become contaminated and prior to handling food or clean dishes
