Ice scoop at main ice machine was being stored directly top of machine. Person in charge provided cleaning container for store scoop. Ice scoops at soda fountain and in ice well at bar were stored with handles directly in contact with ice. Scoops were rearranged. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food.
