Inspector notes: Observed the storage shed out behind the main restaurant with the front door open and small gaps located around the windows. The shed is used to store dry goods and some produce including potatoes and onions. Also observed a sticky trap with one dead American cockroach stuck to it inside the shed. In addition, observed gaps in a door with outdoor access located near the restrooms with gaps in it as well. The establishment shall maintain all outer openings sealed to prevent the attraction and harborage of pests
