Inspector notes: Correct the following items prior to re-inspection; 1. Repair the broken hot water valve on the three compartment sink faucet. 2. Provide a PVC type drain pipe for the ice machine that emtpties into the floor sink beneath the three comapartment sink. Provide a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of this drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink. If the sump pump remains as part of the ice machine drainage sytem it must be cleaned and all tape and excess adhesive must be removed. 3. Provide a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the prep sink drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink that it drains into. 4. The RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonator must be tested and certified. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. 5. Remove the brass fitting on the downstream side of the RPZ backflow prevention device. Correct prior to re-inspection
