Inspector notes: At the mop sink, observed a hose with an attached shut-off type spray nozzle attached to mop sink faucet that has an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB). The water was not observed turned on/ under pressure. Discussed with the manager that the AVB is not designed to withstand constant pressure and may fail to prevent backflow. Advised PIC to disconnect nozzle while not in use and reconnect as needed. PIC disconnected the sprayer nozzle at the time of inspection
