ROP variance for FD-73243 has yet to be approved. Informed PIC that the since the variance is not yet approved, ROP meatballs and lasagna are not packaged in compliance with food law. Had PIC discard items that had been in ROP packaging for more than 48 hours and remove any items that had been packaged within 48 hours from ROP packaging.
