It was determined that the machine was only hooked up to one bottle of white vinegar and no warewashing chemicals. Detergent, rinse aid, and chlorine sanitizer were connected and lines were primed at time. Please ensure chlorine sanitizers are maintained between 50-100 ppm for effective sanitizing of wares
