Inspector notes: Observed the use of plastic non-food grade storage containers for storage of hot dogs and cheese on sticks. Informed PIC that food must only be stored in/on food contact surfaces that are food grade materials. Employees removed the hot dogs and cheese from the containers and stored them in food grade containers at time of inspection. Materials that are used in the construction of utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be durable, corrosion-resistant, and nonabsorbent; sufficient in weight and thickness to withstand repeated ware washing; finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface; and resistant to pitting, chipping, crazing, scratching, scoring, distortion, and decomposition
