Inspector notes: Observed high temperature dish washing machine reaching a maximum temperature of 155*f after being ran 4 times. PIC, placed a service call to have dishmachine repaired. Employees will use three compartment sink until repairs are completed. When food-contact surfaces are being sanitized with hot water in a dish machine, the surface temperature must reach at least 160°F as measured by an irreversible registering temperature measuring device to destroy pathogens that may remain on such surfaces after cleaning. Please correct prior to 7.10.25

Inspector notes: Observed no quat test strips available for testing sanitizer solution. Please obtain prior to re-inspection on 7.10.25. 4-302.13 - Priority Foundation: Temperature Measuring Devices, Manual and Mechanical Warewashing.
