Inspector notes: Observed handwashing sink in the front food and beverage prep area without soap available. Observed handwashing sink in the back area next to the 3-compartment sink that had soap available however the paper towel dispenser is damaged/broken and was not dispensing paper towels correctly. Discussed with person in charge to maintain all handwashing sinks with soap and a hand drying provision at all times and to replenish once empty. Person in charge supplied soap and will reach out to fix the paper towel dispenser. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing
