Inspector notes: Please correct prior to the re-inspection: 1. Provide 1" air gap from the finished floor for drainpipes from dishwasher and beer cooler at the bar. 2. Provide rigid drainpipes for drains from bar's reach-in cooler and soda gun holders. PVC or ABS pipes are acceptable. 3. Provide additional lighting at the servers' station. Work zone must be at least 50-foot candlelight for safety. 4. Provide a dishwasher thermometer for the high-temp sanitization dishwasher. 5. Provide monitoring thermometers to reach-in cooler/ freezers. 6. Option for the drain lines from the keg cooler is elevate the cooler (legs/ support riser) to allow proper slopping to the nearest floor sink with proper air gap or install an evaporate pan for the discharge liquid from the equipment
