Inspector notes: Observed food delivered at a temperature of 48*F-60*F at time of arrival using a probe thermometer (Garden Turkey Sandwich, Ham & Cheddar Sandwich, Chicken Ceasar Salad, Chicken pesto wrap, Cobb Salad, Turkey Club Sandwich, Yogurt parfait, Milk 2% Low-fat stating keep refrigerated, Chocolate milk stating keep refrigerated). Establishment had not taken temperature of goods prior to accepting the order after speaking with distributor it was determined the last known temperature was 2 hours prior to inspection. Discussed delivery procedures and possible addition of ice packs and external cooling to help in keeping food in a safe temperature range during transport. All food was discarded at the time of inspection.
