Inspector notes: Second Consecutive. Observed the main dishwasher with chlorine sanitizer measuring at 0 PPM. Staff confirmed dishes had been run through the main-dishwasher today. After priming and running the dishwasher multiple times it was found that the sanitizing line had be come disconnected at the top of the machine. The manager stated the dishwasher had been serviced yesterday evening. After reconnecting the sanitizer line, the chemical sanitizer was within range. Staff to test the sanitizer strength on the first cycle of dishes. Reviewed sanitizer concentration requirements
