Inspector notes: Observed soda guns at the bars and in the bib room with green and brown slim in the nooks of the threading and the holes of the guns. Per PIC some of the bars do not use the guns often and when they are cleaned, they are soaked in sanitizer water overnight. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) to the guns shall be stored clean and cleaned with manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure or with a soap rinse sanitize and airdry if there are none. PIC had employees wash the soda guns and nozzles at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed the hand wash sink in the main bar to leak from the basin. Also observed the cold valve from the sprayer faucet to leak. Discussed with PIC must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
