Inspector notes: Hi temp dishwasher observed at 147*F after final rinse. The machine was ran several times and yielded the same temperature (146*F). It was discovered that the hot water booster was not working. PIC called for service and advised dishwashers to sanitize dishes at the 3-compartment sink. The quat solution at the 3 compartments measure at the proper range between 200-400ppm
