Inspector notes: Observed secondary glass door true refrigeration unit holding milk with an ambient internal temperature of 54*F. As per the owner, the refrigeration unit was holding food at 41*F at the morning check. Equipment must be able to maintain food at 41*F. Owner contacted company to repair refrigeration unit. Gallon milk containers were moved to to other refrigeration units on site. Advised staff to check refrigeration after high volume time periods
