Inspector notes: Observed sanitizer tabs stored in the container with a cutting board, drink shaker, ice cream scoop at the time of the inspection. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed drain line for draft beer/keg discharging into a sanitizer bucket at the time of the inspection. Use hard pipe, sloped to drain, with a minimum 1” air gap at floor sink. Draining into a bottle/bucket/container is not approved. Correct prior to re-inspection (Friday, August 29th)

Inspector notes: Observed no paper towels at either handwashing sink at the time of the inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Inspector notes: Observed no quaternary ammonium test strips for the sanitizer used in the establishment at the time of the inspection. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection (Friday, August 29th)
