Inspector notes: Observed a large metal container of green beans that were received hot at the start of the inspection inside of an insulated container with other pans of green beans and grilled cheese sandwiches. The pan of green beans in question had an internal temperature as measured using a probe thermometer ranging from 119°F - 122°F. The green beans were reheated to 165°F. Discussed with person in charge that hot holding foods should be received at 135°F. Other containers of green beans and a container of grilled cheeses all had internal temperatures as measured using a probe thermometer of 135°F or above
