Inspector notes: Observed catering stand at left field portable hand sink run out of water while washing hands. Observed catering stand at right field portable hand sink not operating due to power issues. Each stand was equipped with one portable hand sink. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC filled up water reservoir for sink at left field, and obtained water dispenser for sink at right field until sink operates normally again

Inspector notes: Observed bagged nacho cheese (69'F) being warmed inside of commercial dispenser unit. Per employee, bags were placed in the walk-in over-night and placed inside warmers to be reheated. Nacho cheese bag was placed in warmer about 1 hour prior to inspection. Also observed cooked hot dogs(111'F) and cooked shredded chicken (116'F) placed in a chafer in the food assembly area. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection
