Inspector notes: Observed bagged nacho cheese (69'F) being warmed inside of commercial dispenser unit. Per employee, bags were placed in the walk-in over night and placed inside warmers to be reheated. Nacho cheese bag was placed in warmer about 1 hour prior to inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed two mobile hand sinks at the 1st and 2nd Margarita bar associated with Stand 1 unable to dispense water due to an electrical breaker issue. PIC had an electrician on-site addressing the issue at time of inspection. PIC was able to reestablish water availability at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing
