Inspector notes: Observed employee take soap from next door kitchen area and wash hands in dump sink at front counter. Employee states soap dispenser at handsink by front counter is not working. Person-in-charge (PIC) had batteries to soap dispenser replaced, and soap was provided to handsink at time of inspection. Employee properly washed hands at handsink at time of inspection. Employees must wash hands in an approved handwash sink to ensure contamination from hands does not spread to utensils/items coming in contact with prep sink. Also discussed with PIC that all handsinks must be stocked with a handwashing cleanser, an approved drying provision, and hot water of at least 100*F

All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection
