PIC provided hand towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed multiple bottles of hand sanitizer being displayed over food items at the checkout lines. These food items included chips, beef jerky, and candy for retail sale. Informed PIC that hand sanitizer may not be stored above food items due to it being a chemical and toxic substance. PIC removed all hand sanitizer from the checkout lines at time of inspection. PIC will reorganize and properly store the products so that contamination is prevented. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection
