The person in charge stated that the clams were purchased due to their normal frozen product being out of stock and this is not a normal practice. The person in charge had staff cook off all remaining clams at time of inspection. The person in charge stated that communication would be made to ensure proper handling of the shell stock tags. Discussed with the person in charge that all live shell stock should have the tag with the product at all times and the date that the last animal is sold should be recorded on the tag and the tag should be saved for 90 days
