Inspector notes: Observed small sandwich prep cooler observed to be holding at 60*F. Upon further investigation ice was observed forming along the back wall. Unit was unplugged and food removed to other locations or placed on ice during meal rushes rushes. Unit will be plugged in after defrosting and if food can be help at 41*F used. If not a repair company will be contacted to repair. Reinspection to be completed on or before February 27, 2026
