Inspector notes: -- Observed prep sink floor drain unable to clear standing water from point of discharge for several minutes. Water began baking up onto floors when running prep faucet. The person in charge was able to clear standing water by removing debris in drain at the time of inspection. Ran all plumbing fixtures including hand sinks, mop sink, toilet facilities, 3-compartment sink, and prep sink for several minutes to verify all drains remained cleared. Sewage wastewater shall be properly drained to a system in accordance to law
