Inspector notes: Observed an employee's phone and beverage with a lid and straw stored in a bowl and another container above clean dishes, on the clean equipment rack across from the dish machine. According to PIC, the bowl and container are not used. Employee relocated the items to prevent contamination of food and food contact surfaces and put the bowl and container in the dish area to be cleaned. Because employees could introduce pathogens to food by hand-to-mouth-to-food contact and because street clothing and personal belongings carry contaminants, areas designated to accommodate employees' personal needs must be carefully located. Food, food equipment and utensils, clean linens, and single-service and single-use articles must not be in jeopardy of contamination from these areas

Inspector notes: Observed inside main walk in unit on speed rack with three packages of raw chorizo stored directly above cooked ham; cooked hot dogs; cooked beans; cooked chicken salad. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC discarded raw chorizos. ======Separating raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from raw RTE foods and cooked RTE foods

Inspector notes: Observed inside main walk in unit with open container of cooked beans on top shelf of speed rack from 5/13; expired on 5/19; today is 5/28. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC discarded expired foods listed. Observed also several tcs foods from previous days with no date markings inside main walk in unit: open cut ham; open bag of feta cheese, and cooked full container of chicken salad ====A food shall be discarded if: It exceeds the 7 days at 41ᵒF. It is in a container or package that does not bear a date/day and has been held for > 24 hours
