Inspector notes: Observed an employee that was handling food and prepping sandwiches, and then the employee was observed handling money at the cash register and then without washing their hands, was observed grabbing gloves to prepare another customer's sandwich. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks.
