Inspector notes: Observed prep sink directly outside the walk-in cooler that could not be turned off normally via faucet handles. Per PIC, there is an active work order in place to address the plumbing issue. PIC will discontinue use of prep sink until repairs are made. Thawing procedures that may occur in the prep sink will now be done under refrigeration in the walk-in cooler or alternative refrigeration. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
