Inspector notes: Observed the handwashing station nearest the three-compartment sink without paper towels or soap available. Staff were unable to stock the sink with needed supplies, at time of inspection, due to no soap dispenser or paper towel dispenser near the handwashing station. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks to be ALWAYS maintained unobstructed and accessible. A reinspection will occur on the handwashing station in 10 days
