Inspector notes: Observed minestrone soup, marinara sauce with an internal temperature of 107-120*F in steam well. All other TCS foods were holding temperatures above 135*f. It was determined that the TCS foods out of temperature, were not being re-heated to proper temperature prior to placing in steam table. Marinara sauce and minestrone soup had been in steam table for more than 3 hours and were discarded at time of inspection
